Cancellation Policy
To ensure quality service and proper scheduling, all bookings require advance notice: Local sessions: Please book or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Travel sessions: Please book or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance to allow for travel coordination. Cancellations made within these timeframes may be subject to a partial charge or forfeiture of the deposit. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate changes when available.
